Rhiannon is 7 and until this past Saturday still had not lost a tooth. She had what we called "shark teeth". Aboutr 4 mos ago her adult teeth started to come in behind her baby teeth giving her 2 rows of teeth. This is the best pic I could get:

Saturday one of them FINALLY fell out. The dentist says that her tongue will push the adult teeeth forward where they are suppose to be.
